Job Description

Capital Tax is looking for a 100% remote, full-time tax document coordinator to join our rapidly growing and high energy team. There will be a significant amount of training provided by our existing team to make sure our new team member is developed, not overwhelmed, and feels confident in the technical aspects of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college preferred.
• Relevant professional experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in building expertise in accounting and tax planning.
• Strong people skills to manage client accounts and get along with our friendly team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with clients regarding document requests
• Maintain client relationships
• Smoothly onboard new clients
• Respond to client inquiries
• Perform basic tax research as necessary
• Arrange appointments and virtual meetings for associates
• Complete internal projects as the need arises

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
