Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to lead and manage paid social campaigns for our eCommerce clients. This individual will oversee 4-6 Meta Ads accounts, with the opportunity to expand their strategic oversight to additional platforms like TikTok and Pinterest. Using tools like Triple Whale, Motion, and other analytics platforms, you’ll ensure ad campaigns are optimized and delivering strong results. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and scaling eCommerce brands within a collaborative, data-driven team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Innovate:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for Meta Ads campaigns, incorporating data analysis and client feedback.
    • Leverage Triple Whale, Motion, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and guide creative decisions.
    • Constantly adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Create:
    • Build and manage campaigns across Meta and other platforms, such as TikTok and Pinterest.
    • Provide creative direction, ensuring campaigns align with audience preferences and business objectives.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance.
  • Own:
    • Take full accountability for client campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency are met.
    • Communicate results and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
    • Share insights and learnings with the broader team to foster continuous growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize 4-6 Meta Ads accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $350,000 across all accounts.
  • Provide strategic oversight for campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Use tools like Triple Whale and Motion for campaign analysis and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on creative and funnel strategies.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for account performance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads.
    • Previous experience managing eCommerce campaigns with measurable success in driving ROI.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools like Triple Whale and Motion.
    • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
    • Familiarity with platforms like Pinterest and TikTok is a strong plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
