The Talent Solutions (Recruiting Technology) team partners closely with Recruiting, People Operations, and Business Systems to ensure compliant, scalable, and high-quality hiring processes. The Recruiting Technology Analyst is a customer-focused partner who supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of recruiting technology operations while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

About the Role

DoorDash is seeking an experienced Recruiting Technology Analyst to support the company's rapid growth. In this role, you will report to the Senior Business Systems Manager on the Talent Solutions team and play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and scalable hiring operations.

You will serve as a subject matter expert across recruiting systems, ensuring data accuracy, process integrity, and a seamless experience from requisition creation through onboarding. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring workflows in Greenhouse ATS , ensuring accurate and timely data flow into Workday
  • Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities, including background checks, equipment requests, and cohort reporting, in partnership with cross-functional teams such as IT
  • Maintain compliance across recruiting and HR systems , including pay transparency and regulatory requirements
  • Create, update, and manage requisitions and related data within ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Finance, IT, People Services, and New Hire Onboarding teams
  • Manage service desk tickets and requests through Jira , ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Deliver a positive, equitable candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Collaborate with global recruiting and people operations teams to continuously improve hiring processes and workflows
  • Support recruiting technology initiatives, including tool implementations, audits, and system enhancements
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity across recruiting platforms
  • Process offer rescinds and manage start date changes in alignment with business and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations, HRIS, or related roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS
  • 1 3 years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Passion for creating a fair, inclusive, and end-to-end candidate experience
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
