We are seeking a skilled O.D. Grinder to join our team in Grantsburg, WI. As an O.D. Grinder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our products. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate O.D. grinding machines to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Monitor the grinding process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience operating O.D. grinding machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

2nd shift includes a 15% shift differential. 120 hours of PTO as well as 9 paid holidays. Excellent medical benefits along with a 4% employer 401K match.

• GD&T
• Manual Machining Skills
• Blueprint Reading

• CNC Grinder
• OD/ID Grinding Machine

Salary info:

$22 - $25 / hr
