Expected to develop and maintain a high level of customer service for the assigned territory. The territory assigned will require the management of a portfolio of dealers and also leverage the potential to further grow the business. The targets and requirements are aligned with the entry level position. **The Work Itself** * Maximize portfolio revenue by practicing sound underwriting judgement and risk management principles. * Ensure compliance with underwriting policies; evaluate risk issue's, and stay abreast of constant changes in policy and procedures. * Limited travel will be required for this role. Requires flexibility in work schedule, evening hours including weekends **The Skills You Bring** * 1+ years in auto finance consumer underwriting required (prime, sub-prime, and/or non-prime); Bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills * Self-starter with a high level of productivity and sense of ownership, with the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to new situations * Familiarity with the Auto Finance industry, consumer credit, and trend analysis/analytics with the ability to work independently and drive your business results * #DFS * #LI-Remote **How We'll Have Your Back** * * Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
